This house sits on the south side of the 600 Block of Market Street. It contains both a first and second floor apartment. (This house was built prior to 1889 because it appears on the Sanborn Fire Insurance Map of that year.) At one time this house was owned by Charles Milliken and his parents. Later the upper apartment was rented by Ray and Eugena Ard. Believe that Clinton Bashore owned and resided in the property before he and his wife Mildred (Fleck) Bashore moved to his parent's former home in Fairview. The building was owned in the Spring of 2009 by Gayle Arbogast.
