This house sits on the southeast corner of the intersection of Milford and Eighth Streets. This house was built between 1911 and 1928 because it does not appear on the Sanborn Fire Insurance map of 1911 but does appear on their 1928 map.

According to an interview with Frances Kauffman Crimmel conducted by Karlen McClure in 2009, James Fonzie lived in this house before it became the home of the Roy Book family. Frances says that the house contained the first radio shop in the town.

Then it was owned by Harry and Erma Greenland and more recently (2009) by their grandson, Ronald Watkins.
