The first house on the south side. At on time it was owned by Helen “Pud'' Johnson, who later married Kay Love. This house was sold to Bill and Bertha Wert who in turn sold it to Merrill and MaryJane Peterson. After the Petersons lived there, Dale and Helen Smith and family were the owners. The next owners were Jim and Terry Rhea. Tim and Laurie Hower purchased the house from the Rhea's and along with their children resided in the home as of 2004.
