OBITUARY for RAYMOND M. PETERSON

Raymond M. Peterson, 83, of Shippensburg, passed away May 3, 2023.

Born November 7, 1939, in Port Royal, PA, he was a son of the late Ernest Stanberry and Roseanna Bell (Dalton) Peterson. Raymond graduated from Juniata High School in Mifflintown. [He is listed, in the yearbook, as graduating from Tuscarora Valley High School with the class of 1958.]

Ray was a truck driver and retired from BRT, Inc.

Surviving are a son, Randy Peterson and his wife, Kelli, of Newport and 2 daughters; Pamela Harry and her husband, Ray, of Orrstown and Tammy Steema of Portland, Oregon. He also has 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 sister, Dorothy Berry of Port Royal.
