The Reverend Edward A. Livingston was born in Williamsport on October 16, 1933. He was graduated from Gettysburg College in 1955 and from the Lutheran Theological Seminary, Gettysburg, in 1958. The same year he was ordained by the Central Pennsylvania Synod. He has served the following pastorates: Port Royal charge from 1958-1961; Associate Pastor of Faith, Glen Ellyn, Illinois; and Saint James, Lake Forest, Illinois. At the present time he is the Vice-President for Development at Grand View College, Des Moines, Iowa.
On August 20, 1955, he married Jane Lenora Briggs. They are the parents of two children, Cheryl Jane and Bruce Edward.
