Philip Loy KILMER was a son of Philip Morris and Susan (Rice) Kilmer. He was born July 16, 1882 in Turbett Township and died March 1, 1960. He was a farmer in a section of the township known as Kilmer. He was married to Edith Lorena Gingrich and they had four children: Margaret Elizabeth, Evelyn Martha, Philip Loy and Lee Ostrom.
