GEORGE W. KILMER died at home in Coronada, CA on February 17, 1914, aged 74 years. Interment was in the Masonic Cemetery in San Diego, CA. He was the eldest son of Peter and Fanny Kilmer and was born near Mexico, PA. In 1865 he married Armina McConnell of Turbett Twp. and lived in Turbett Twp. until 1902 when the family moved to Mifflintown. In 1908 he moved to San Diego where he lived until a year before his death. He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Haffley of Coronado, CA; a brother Philip M. Kilmer; a sister, Mrs. Ida Kepner of Port Royal and a deceased sister, Mrs. Margaret Glace of Antler, ND.
