Mary Edna Brackbill was the daughter of John and Catherine Esh Brackbill. She was born August 10, 1885 and died July 14, 1960. She married Norman Leon Taylor.

Norman and Edna had six children: J. Wilbur who married Nellie Landis, Harold L. married Dorothy Haines, Warren B. married Louise Turbett, Eleanor Ruth married Emerson Boyer, Bernal E. married Ruth McCachren, and Miriam Edna who married C. Marlin Wert.
