Wilbur Charles Taylor, known as "Sammy" was born to Rachel and John W. Taylor on August 22, 1882 and died June 19, 1966. He married Frances Margaret Miller, daughter of Henry and Kathleen Miller of Mexico. Frances was born on April 26, 1888 and died on April 9, 1959. They had four children: Marion, Ketha, Helene, and John Henry Taylor.
