Catherine was the daughter of John and Leah Yoder Esh. Born March 27, 1845 and died May 7, 1905. Born into an Amish family, coverted to Methodism when she married John Brackbill on January 8, 1880. They had two daughters-Mary Edna who married Norman L Taylor and Nellie Leah who married D. Clinton Titzel.
