Jane Ann (GILSON) FOLTZ was the daughter of William Ross and Reba (Groninger) Gilson. She was raised in Port Royal in a house on Market Street next to the hardware. Jane Ann is a 1958 graduate of Tuscarora Valley High School. She married Charles Ernest "Ernie" Foltz. Jane Ann and Ernie recently [2010] moved back to Port Royal.
