Robert Stoey Groninger was one of four children of Robert Elliott and Mary Belle McLaughlin Groninger.
He was born January 27, 1888 and died March 20, 1957. His first wife was Jessie Irene Wilson and his second wife was Sarah Armstrong Robinson. He was a mail carrier and a Lutheran.
