Normalee Bashore was the eldest daughter of Clinton F. and Melissa (Horning) Bashore. She was a 1953 graduate of Tuscarora Valley High School. She was married to George Allen Beale and later to Robert Orville Skogerboe.
The following note appeared in the August 17, 1960 edition of the Port Royal Times: "“Nelbi,” Normalee Bashore Beale, was promoted to assistant producer where she will be helping to cast, set scenes and props for the commercials you see on “The Untouchables” “Sugarfoot” and Art Linkletter's “House Partys” as well as the new fall show, “Pete and Gladys.” Nelbi is a former resident and lives in Hollywood, California with her two children and also participates in acting and modeling."
Normalee passed away at Grants Pass, Oregon on June 7, 2015.

Donald Bardell and Normalee Bashore Skogerboe, both former residents of Port Royal, were both graduates of Tuscarora Valley High School in the Class of 1953. The two were reunited in October 2005 at Donald's home after not seeing each other for 52 years, At the time of the reunion Normalee lived at Grants Pass, OR while Donald lived in Littleton, CO.

COUSINS REUNITED: Normalee Bashore Skogerboe [left], formerly of Port Royal, was visited by her cousin Gail Pfahler Patterson [right] of Kent, WA and formerly of Philadelphia. The girls had been close as children but lost contact for about five decades until they were reunited at the Skogerboe home in Grants Pass, Oregon. (About 2007)
