Harold Reynolds Groninger was the son of Samuel Kepner and agnes Margaret (Frankhouse) Groninger. He was born April 23, 1908 and died March 31, 1991. He graduated from Port Royal High School in the Class of 1928. He was married to Dorothy L. Groninger.
