Josephine Elizabeth Beale was the daughter of Robert Gallaher and Mary Ann (McNeal) Beale. She was born March 28, 1905 and died September 5, 1981. She graduated from Port Royal High School in the Class of 1924. She was married to John Calvin Parsons.
