Effie M. Kohler was born in Lewistown, Mifflin County, PA but lived much of her married life on Tuscarora Street in Port Royal, PA. She was the daughter of William and Mary Elizabeth (Bush) Kohler and the wife of Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Longacre. She was born in 1898 and died in 1985.
