MARY ELIZABETH WISEHAUPT was the daughter of Ira B. and Effie (Evans) Wisehaupt. She was born June 5, 1912 and died October 9, 1995. She graduated from Port Royal High School in the Class of 1930. She was married to Mr. Burd.

MARY E. WISEHAUPT, 83, of Port Royal RR2 (Academia) died October 9, 1995, at her home.
Born June 5, 1912, in Spruce Hill Township, she was a daughter of the late Ira B. and Effie (Evans) Wisehaupt.
Surviving are children, Paul W. Burd, Port Royal, Carl W. Burd, Port Royal RR2; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
She was the last of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Wisehaupt.
Mrs. Wisehaupt was a retired farmer and a graduate of Port Royal High School.
She was a member of the Port Royal Lutheran Church and the Spruce Hill Grange No. 772.
Services were held at the Rex. Funeral Home, Port Royal, with the Rev. M. Eugene Heidler officiating. Interment was in the Old Church Hill Cemetery.
