This house sits on the east side of First Street. (It contains two separate apartments, thus the B and C designations.

At one time the house was owned by George Lawrence and Laura Agnes (Swartz) Wert.

Sometime later it became the home of the Blair "Bud" and Sarah (Wagner) Ford Family.
