This house sits on the east side of First Street. (At one time it was part of 3 connected houses. Their numbers would have been 27, 29 and 31. (Unit 27 is the only one that remains.)
During the middle of the 1900s #27 was the home of the Harvey Miller Family., #29 was the home of the Beulah (Leonard) Gilliland Family and #31 housed two brothers, William and Herbert Wagner.
During the Spring of 2009 it was listed to Jeremy Rolain and during the Spring of 2022 to Melissa Berrier.
