This house sits on the northwest corner of the intersection of Market and Seventh Streets. (This house was built between 1889 and 1904 because it does not appear on the Sanborn Fire Insurance map of 1889 but does appear on their 1904 map.)

At one time it was occupied by the Longacre Family and then during the 1950s and 60s it was the home of the Summers Family.

In the Spring of 2009 the property was owned by Margaret (Clark) Showalter.
