This house sits on the southeast corner of the intersection of Market and Seventh Streets. (This house was built between 1911 and 1928 because it does not appear on the Sanborn Fire Insurance map of 1911 but does appear on their 1928 map.)

During part of the 1900s it was owned by the Goodman Family. "Jack" and Verna (Love) Goodman lived here with their children, "Jackie", Marjorie and Bill. In the Spring of 2009 the house was owned by John Towsey.
