This house sits on the south side of the 600 Block of Market Street. It contains both a first and second floor apartment. (This building appears on the 1889 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map and thus was build before that year.)

At one time the upper apartment was rented by Ray and Eugena Ard. The building was owned in the Spring of 2009 by Gayle Arbogast.
