This is how 301 Milford Street appeared in the Spring of 2009 when it was listed to Thomas "Jim" Bryner.

This house is located on the southwest corner of Milford and Third Streets. It sits on the property that housed the first two Methodist Churches in Port Royal. The first building was torn down because of its inadequate size and the second was destroyed by fire on February 13th, 1909.

It was eventually occupied by Jim and Karen Bryner. Believe that a McMath family lived here before the Bryners.

This picture must have been taken soon after the house was completed. It is a 1913 photograph of what is now 301 Milford Street.

301 Milford Street is shown on the right of this photo. Am guessing that the photo was taken about 1920. The inscription says 3rd & North Streets. North was the common name for the street before the northern portion of the borough was acquired from Milford Township when the name was changed to Milford Street.
