The Tuscarora Creek begins in Dublin Township, Huntingdon County east of Shade Gap. From, its origin it flows between the Tuscarora and Shade Mountains until it eventually empties into the Juniata River, near Port Royal.
Its valley provided the natural channel thru which the Tuscarora Path ran.
