OBITUARY for ROGER L. GEEDEY
Roger L. Geedey, 68, of Port Royal passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 8:20 p.m. at his residence.
Born on June 17, 1955 in Lewistown, Mifflin County. He is the son of the late Paul and Thelma (Weiand) Geedey.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda (Roe) Geedey and children, Jennifer Dessin and companion, Jeremy Baney, James Geedey and wife Lynn, Melissa Swab and husband Mike. As well as siblings, Brenda Hosler and companion, Joseph Leach, Zoe Dodson and husband, Donnie, Holly Bearley and husband Mark, Paul Geedey and wife Barbara, half-sister, Deb Berry and husband, Carl and twelve grandchildren.
Mr. Geedey worked at Empire Kosher and ACPI in later years. He liked his cats and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc. 100 Bridge Street, Mifflintown, PA with Pastor Frank Swartz officiating. There will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment is private.
