SARA L. HECKENDORN
Sara L. Heckendorn, 76, died June 5, 2005 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Heckendorn was born in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania and moved to St. Lucie County in 1960 coming from Port Royal, Pennsylvania.
Prior to retirement, she was a Receiving Manager for Sears for 27 years.
She was a member of 1st United Methodist Church, Port St. Lucie.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Miles J. Heckendorn of Port St. Lucie, FL; son & daughter-in-law, Miles J. "Skip" & Linda Heckendorn, III; daughter & son-in-law, Patti & Kim Heffelfinger of Jensen Beach, FL; brother, Robbie Lauver of Mifflintown, PA; grandchildren, Miles & Lena Heckendorn of Oslo, Norway, Jenny & Cody Olsen of St. Paul, MN, Karyn Heckendorn of St. Cloud, MN, Lisa & Tim Carbaugh of Port St. Lucie, FL and David& Jen Heffelfinger of Gainesville, FL; great-granddaughters, Kristina Heckendorn of Oslo, Norway and Emily Carbaugh of Port St. Lucie, FL.
