George Wagner was a lifelong resident of Port Royal and First Street particularly. He was the son of William and Helen (McMeen) Wagner and sibling to Ethel, Dorothy, Herb, Fred, Bill, Elsie, Maggie, Sarah, Harriet and Nancy.

"Tommy" was born 24 Jan 1909 and died 7 Apr 1998. On 5 Nov 1928 he married Sarah Harris Wagner and they raised 3 daughters, Irene Groninger (Boyd), Sally Fritz (Dean) and Deborah Dressler (Douglas).
