Now (2009) owned and occupied by David Hockenberry. John and Gertrude (Smith) Kepner owned this property. They, along with their six children, lived there. Two of the Kepner's sons, Leon and Donald, still live in Port Royal. Prior to the Kepners, a Mr. Thomas Walter occupied this home.
