Mabel Abbott was the wife of Dean E, Bergstresser. She was the daughter of William and Mary (Bucher) Abbott. During much of their married life, the Bergstressers lived in Turbett Township in the village of Old Port. Mabel and Dean had the following children: Ruth (Zendt), Daniel, Robert, Dean Jr., Louise (Barner) Theodore and Marie (Hockenberry).
