Kerryn E. Fulton, a professional engineer and formerly of Port Royal, is a 1992 graduate of Juniata High School and the daughter of Alice and Greg Gray, of Port Royal.
Fulton received her bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 and later joined C. S. Davidson in 2001 as an engineer in the structural department. She would eventually become President and CEO of the Firm.
