Virginia "Ginny" (Burdge) Pannebaker Naylor, 99, formerly of Millerstown, Thompsontown and Walnut, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016, at Perry Village, New Bloomfield.

Born April 30, 1916, in Bucyrus, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Vincent M. and Ada S. (Yingst) Burdge.

She is survived by one daughter, Peggy Fleisher and husband, George, of Millerstown, one son, Fred Naylor and wife, Bernice, of Mifflin, one daughter-in-law, Dorothy Pannebaker of Thompsontown; eight grandchildren, Eric Fleisher and wife, Heather, Melinda Charles and husband, Robert, Judy Pannebaker and fiance, Dylan Blake, Thomas Darrow-Pannebaker and wife, Megan, Aaron Naylor and wife, Kylie, Zachary Naylor and wife, Chelsea, Angela Rothrock and Eric Rothrock; fourteen great-grandchildren, Heather McGowan and husband, Scott, Elysia Charles, Nora Fleisher, Stella Fleisher, expected Baby Boy Fleisher, John Neidig and wife, Jaymee, Jordan Neidig, Amira Darrow, Amaryssa Pannebaker, Arye Pannebaker, Caden Naylor, Austin Naylor, Aubrey Naylor, and Maleah Rae Naylor; two great-great-grandchildren, Emma Marie McGowan and Deryck Vincent Neidig; one brother, Carson Burdge and wife, Edna of Mexico, Pa., and many nieces and nephews.

Her first husband, Charles L. "Chick" Pannebaker, whom she married March 9, 1940, died May 18, 1973. Her second husband, Howard E. "Hap" Naylor, whom she married October 12, 1974, died January 5, 1991. She was also preceded in death by one son, Ralph V. Pannebaker, one grandson, Ralph E. Pannebaker, three brothers, George "Clell" Burdge, William "Bud" Burdge, and Harry Burdge; four sisters, Josephine Henry, Anna Mae Palm, Santa Carol Callendar, and Ruth Bargo, and two infant sisters.

She graduated from Tuscarora High School, Port Royal, and worked as a seamstress at the Thompsontown, Mifflintown, and Port Royal clothing factories.

She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, East Salem.

Ginny loved quilting, gardening, and attending family gatherings.

Her funeral service will be private and held at the convenience of the family with Megan Darrow-Pannebaker and George Fleisher, officiating. Interment will be in Old Church Hill Cemetery, Port Royal.
