Blaine Lamont Leonard is the son of Norman Blaine and Ida Viola (Rapp) Leonard. He was born in 1911 and died 1998. He married Elsie M. Kissinger. Blaine and Elsie had the following children: Sheldon, Linda, Eoisalita and Roger.
