This is one of the few houses on the fairground side of Fairview.
The Clarence Walters family lived in this home from when it was built by Clarence to when his daughter, Kathleen Walters McCarthy bought it from her siblings [Clarence and his wife died in the late 40s]. From 1961 the McCarthy's lived there until it was sold to Scott and Melanie (McClure) Berrier in 1985.
In Spring of 2009 the house was still in the name of the Berrier Family.
