This house is located on the north side of Town Lane.

During much of the 20th Century this house was the home of Margaret Frankhouse Beaver Lyter who lived to be 105 years of age. For much of its history it was known as the Frankhouse Home. It is likely that it was built by Charles David and Jennie (Meloy) Frankhouse.

Prior to building a house further west on the Lane, this was the home of Charles and Blanche (Tressler) Telfer.
