OBITUARY for JESSIE ELIZABETH SHELLENBERGER GILSON
Jessie Elizabeth Shellenberger Gilson died peacefully at her home in Mechanicsburg on Friday, April 13, 2012.
She was born July 16, 1924 in Olive Twp., in Perry County, PA the daughter of the late Loraine Olin Shellenberger and Esther (Schwab) Shellenberger.
Jessie was a graduate of the Port Royal High School and Lancaster Business College and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Camp Hill.
She was predeceased by her son William Fritz Gilson. Surviving is her husband of 68 years, John I. Gilson, a daughter, Pamela Gilson Kelley, and five grandchildren; Hannah, Lauren and Jessie Gilson; Megan and Susannah Kelley.
Services were held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to be remembered in prayer.
