Ray Foltz was one of four children of Lewis D and Beulah K. (Goodman) Foltz. He was born May 17, 1919 and died May 25, 1968. He served in the military during World War II. He married Claire Smith and they had the following children: Ray, Ronald, Leroy and Richard.
