This is the second house on the north side of Town Lane.
It was at one time the home of the Warren Kohler family, the George Price family and the George Settlemyer family. Eventually the house was purchased by "Gina" Kerlin.

This shows 902 Town Lane as it appeared about 1930 when it was owned by Warren M. and Mary (McCormick) Kohler. Pictured (L to R) Warren B. Kohler, Jessie Kohler (would eventually marry Warren Book), Mary McCormick Kohler, Sadie McMeen McCormick and Charles B. McCormick.
