This house begins the 900 block of Town Lane.

The house was build by Warren and Mary (McCormick) Kohler and after their death it was the residence of their son and daughter-in-law John M. and Mary (Elder) Kohler. The house was built about 1938. John's widow, Mary remained in the house until her death in 1992.

Subsequently the property was owned by Matthew and Jessica Wenger. Then in 2013 it was purchased by the Andrew and Carrie Miller family.
