Robert N. Barton was a son of Harris "Harry" H. and Reba (Campbell) Barton. He was raised in Pleasant View, Spruce Hill Twp., Juniata Co., PA. He was killed in action January 21, 1945, during World War II, while serving in the Navy Air Corps in the Pacific Theatre.
