GRAND MARSHALLS of TOMORROW: Grand Marshalls of Tomorrow – DANIEL FREED and KRISTEN PRAY - Daniel is 7 years old and Kristen is 16 years old. Daniel has raised more than $5,000 for Children’s Miracle Network over the past three years and he attends Tuscarora Valley Elementary School. GETZ STEAM CALLIOPE: The owners believe it is the largest, mobile, self contained steam calliope in the world. It has forty whistles of graduated sizes. The whistles are tuned by the amount of steam pressure let into each whistle. Clair Kauffman and his family operated this instrument for the last 25 years. TURBETT GRANGE: Chartered in 1884 making it one of the oldest fraternal organizations in Juniata County. Well known for their many ice cream festivals. Membership was predominately farmers, but its current membership has people from all walks of life and it continues to serve the community by hosting banquets, and making/selling apple dumplings during election day. YEAGERTOWN BLUE GOOSE: Yeagertown PA Fire Co 1936 Chevy Buffalo fire truck with Jeff Treaster at Saturday Sep 29, 2012 Port Royal PA Bicentennial Celebration. In 1936 the Yeagertown, PA Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary donated the first $500.00 towards the purchase of the ''Blue Goose'', a Chevy chasis built into a fire engine by Buffalo. The cost was $3070.
