"Charlie Bill" Telfer was one of two children of Charles O. and Blanche (Tressler) Telfer. He was born November 29, 1932 and graduated from Tuscarora Valley High School. Charles died December 21, 2021 in Elizabethtown, PA.
Charles spent his professional career as a Financial Advisor.

HEADED FOR CHURCH: "Charlie Bill" Telfer as a civil war officer with Anna Milliken Beatty wearing her mother's 1860 wedding dress and her Aunt Jane Neely's bonnet from about 1870. They are participating in the 1952 centennial celebration of the Port Royal Presbyterian church.
