OBITUARY for JANET A. LONG

Janet A. Long, 82, of RR1 Port Royal, died Wednesday, July 19, 2000 at Brookline Manor Convalescent Home, RR1 Mifflintown.

Born September 28, 1917 in Port Royal, she was the daughter of Merton W. Long and Maude (Yeigh) Long.

Preceding her in death was a sister, Lois M. Long of Severna Park, Maryland; and a brother Merton W. Long, Jr. of Midland, MI.

Miss Long was a life member of the Port Royal Lutheran Church.

At her request, private graveside services were held in the Old Church Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Marton J. Robertson, with interment following.

Rex Funeral Home, Port Royal was in charge of arrangements.
