This house sits on the south side of the 400 block of Main Street.

During the late 1940s and 1950s this house was the home of the Ellis Bailor family. Somewhat before that it had been the home of William H. and "Maggie" (Designer) Gilson.

This house was built before 1889 because if appears on the Sanborn Fire Insurance Map of that year.
