OBITUARY for ISABELLE B. LEONARD FLOOD
ISABELLE B. FLOOD, 79, of Port Royal, died at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, December 31, 1995, at Lewistown Hospital. Born December 11, 1916 in Port Royal, she was a daughter of the late Irvin C. and Nannie [Naylor] Barton. Her first husband, Alvin W. Leonard, died December 21, 1944. Her second husband, Chester C. "Wimpy" Flood, died June 24, 1989. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews and was the last of her immediate family. She was a former Port Royal Borough secretary for a number of years and also had worked for the former Bashore's Greenhouse, Port Royal. She was a graduate of Port Royal High School and was a member of Port Royal Presbyterian Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of Friendship, Fire Company, Port Royal. Services were held Wednesday, January 3 at Rex Funeral Home, Port Royal, with Rev. Richard E. Wright officiating. Interment was in New Church Hill Cemetery, Port Royal.
