Miriam "Mim" Moyer was the daughter of Paul S. and Blanche (Campbell) Moyer. She married John B. Anstine, Jr. She was a school teacher in the Juniata County School System and at the time of the Bicentennial Celebration was serving as an auditor for Juniata County.

BRIDGE REPLICA RETURNS TO PORT ROYAL: This replica of the Mayer-Lehman Covered Bridge will return to Port Royal for the Bicentennial Celebration. The replica appeared in the Sesqui-Centennial Parade of 1962 as the Bashore Hardware float. The replica had been in Michigan since moved there from the Clint Bashore property in the late 1960s.
