William "Bud" SHEAFFER

A long-time resident of Groninger Valley, Bud was married to Joy McCahan Sheaffer. He is, perhaps, best remembered as a local harness racing owner/trainer/driver and could be seen jogging and training horses in the fair grounds. Bud and Joy have two children, Dr. Molly S. Kinney and Adam Sheaffer.
