Carl Yost Yoder was the son of John Evans and Charlotte Beulah (Weimer) Yoder. He was born October 14, 1905 and died July 21, 1995. He graduated from Port Royal High School in the Class of 1924. He was married to Margaretta R. Allen.

OBITUARY for CARL YOST YODER

CARL Y. YODER, 89, of Millerstown RR1, died Friday, July 21, 1995 in the Perry Village Nursing Home, New Bloomfield.

Born October 14, 1905 in Port Royal, he was a son of the late John and Charlotte Weimer Yoder.

He was the widower of Margaretta R. Allen Yoder.

Surviving are: two sons, Carl E. Yoder of Gainesville, GA and Larry R. Yoder of Millerstown RR1; two brothers, Lester Yoder and Leroy Yoder, both of Port Royal; two sisters, Vivian Harper of Largo, Fla. And Lena Houser of Oklahoma City, Okla., and three grandchildren.

Mr. Yoder retired as a houseparent from the Loysville Youth Development Center, and was a former poultry dealer.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Mr. Yoder was a member of Donnally Mills United Methodist Church, Millerstown, RR1, VFW Post 5049 and the Tuscarora Grange in Donnally Mills.
