WAYNE'S PUBLICATION: HOTEL ROYAL In 2017 Wayne published his latest work: "HOTEL ROYAL", a histort of a former Port Royal landmark. He has also authored a three-book series of historical fiction — “Hope on the Tuscarora,” Hope Rekindled” and “Across Five Valleys,” tracing local history from the time of the French and Indian War to the Civil War. In addition he is also the author of “The Baseball Era of Fred Frankhouse,” a biography of Port Royal’s famed major leaguer.

Wayne Eugene Taylor is the son of Bernal Eugene and Ruth E. (McCachren) Taylor. He was born January 24, 1941. He graduated from Tuscarora Valley High School in the Class of 1958. He married Lucille E. Whitesel. Wayne and Lucille had two children, Todd Allen Taylor and Suzanne Lynn Taylor.
