The left side of the house is 209 Milford Street and this is how it appeared in the Spring of 2009 when it was listed to Belinda Page.

This is a large double house. At one time it was the home of the Arthur and Carrie Springsteen family and the Richard and Julia Aumiller family. Julia Aumiller was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Springsteen. At one time the Springsteens operated Hotel Royal which sits next door.
This house was built between 1911 and 1928 because it doesn't appear on the 1911 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map but does appear on their 1928 map.
