This is the first house on the south side of Cross Street. It sits directly across the street from the former Tuscarora Valley Elementary School (opened in 1958 closed 2009). This house was built by Janet Long, a school teacher.
At some point the house became the home of the Philip and "Angie" (Powley) Foltz Family.
